TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE MINIRAMP.PL ONLINE STORE
I. General Provisions
The online store available at https://miniramp.pl is operated by Jakub Winowiecki conducting business under the name Miniramp Skateboard Shop, with its registered office at Sosnowa 111, 61-850 Poznań, Poland, VAT ID (NIP): 7772317255, REGON: 634616902.

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Online Store, placing orders, concluding sales agreements, deliveries, returns, complaints, and the provision of electronic services.
The Customer is obliged to use the Store in accordance with applicable law, principles of social coexistence, and these Terms and Conditions.
All prices displayed in the Store are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN).
II. Definitions
Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit making purchases through the Store.
Consumer – a natural person entering into a legal transaction with the Seller not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Store – the online store available at https://miniramp.pl.
Goods – products available in the Store’s offer.
Order – a declaration of intent made by the Customer aimed directly at concluding a sales agreement for Goods.
Terms and Conditions – these Terms and Conditions.
III. Placing Orders
Orders may be placed 24 hours a day through the Store’s website.
To place an order, the Customer:
- selects Goods,
- adds Goods to the cart,
- selects a delivery and payment method,
- provides the data necessary to complete the order,
- accepts these Terms and Conditions,
- confirms the order by clicking the “order with obligation to pay” button.
After placing an order, the Customer receives an e-mail confirming receipt of the order.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of:
- providing incorrect or incomplete data,
- lack of payment,
- unavailability of the Goods,
- justified suspicion of actions detrimental to the Store,
- previous failure by the Customer to collect shipments,
- justified suspicion of placing fictitious or dishonest orders.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse order fulfillment for Customers who previously failed to collect shipments or violated these Terms and Conditions.
IV. Payments
The Customer may use the following payment methods:
- traditional bank transfer,
- online payments,
- BLIK payment,
- card payment,
- cash on delivery.
Unpaid orders may be canceled.
V. Delivery
Delivery is carried out within Poland and selected European Union countries.
Orders are fulfilled via courier companies and InPost parcel lockers.
Free shipping applies to orders over PLN 449.
Delivery costs are displayed during the ordering process.
Order processing time is calculated from the moment payment is credited or a cash-on-delivery order is confirmed.
The Customer is obliged to collect the shipment.
If the Customer fails to collect the shipment and it is returned to the Seller, the Seller has the right to charge the Customer for the return shipping costs and the cost of re-shipping if the Customer requests the order to be resent.
For prepaid orders, the refund amount may be reduced by the actual return shipping costs incurred by the Seller due to the Customer’s failure to collect the shipment, if such costs are permitted under applicable law.
For uncollected cash-on-delivery orders, the Seller may pursue reimbursement of shipping and return shipping costs under general legal provisions.
VI. Withdrawal from the Agreement and Returns
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance sales agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after receiving the Goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should inform the Seller of their decision via e-mail or in writing.
Returned Goods should be sent back immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the agreement.
The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the Goods.
The Customer is liable for any reduction in the value of the Goods resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Goods.
Returned Goods should be clean, complete, and free from dirt, signs of use, abrasions, pet hair, human hair, odors, or any other damage exceeding normal inspection of the product.
In the case of footwear returns, the original shoe box constitutes an integral part of the product and should be returned in undamaged condition. Please do not tape or place shipping labels directly on the box. Missing or damaged original packaging may result in the Customer being held responsible for the reduction in value of the Goods.
The Seller shall refund payments using the same payment method used by the Customer unless the Customer expressly agrees otherwise.
The Seller may withhold the refund until the Goods are received back or proof of return shipment is provided.
VII. Complaints
The Seller is liable to the Consumer for any lack of conformity of the Goods with the agreement in accordance with applicable law.
Complaints may be submitted:
- by e-mail: sklep@miniramp.pl
- in writing to the Seller’s address,
- through the Customer panel available in the Store.
A complaint is considered accepted for review upon delivery of the complained Goods to the following address:

If a complaint is submitted electronically or through the Customer panel, returning the complained Goods to the Seller’s address is required in order to conduct the complaint procedure and assess its validity.
It is recommended that complaints include:
- the order number,
- a description of the issue,
- contact details.
The Seller reviews complaints within 14 days.
Goods showing signs of use inconsistent with their intended purpose, mechanical damage, improper maintenance, or natural wear and tear may not qualify for complaint claims.
Discomfort related to individual product fit, particularly footwear being too tight or too loose without an actual product defect, does not constitute grounds for complaint.
VIII. Customer Account
Registration of a Customer Account is voluntary.
The Customer is obliged to provide truthful information.
The Seller may block a Customer Account in the event of a violation of these Terms and Conditions or actions detrimental to the Store.
IX. Personal Data
The controller of personal data is Jakub Winowiecki conducting business under the name Miniramp Skateboard Shop.
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy available on the Store’s website.
Data is processed for the purpose of order fulfillment, handling complaints, returns, and providing electronic services.
The Customer has the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, and object to the processing of their personal data.
X. Loyalty Program
The Store may operate a loyalty program based on points assigned to the Customer Account.
Points are granted for selected purchases according to the current program rules applicable in the Store.
Points may only be used in accordance with the rules specified by the Seller.
Points are not exchangeable for cash.
The Seller reserves the right to:
- change the loyalty program rules,
- temporarily suspend the program,
- cancel points granted due to a system error,
- cancel points in the event of an order return,
- remove points in cases of abuse or actions inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.
Points are promotional in nature and do not constitute electronic money or a payment instrument.
XI. Gift Cards
The Store may offer gift cards in physical or electronic form.
Gift cards may only be used to purchase Goods available in the Store.
Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash.
In the event of a return for an order paid with a gift card, the refund will be issued as customer balance, a new gift card, or restoration of value to the original gift card.
The Seller is not responsible for the loss of a gift card or disclosure of its code to third parties.
Only one gift card may be used per order unless the Seller decides otherwise.
Gift cards may have an expiration date specified at the time of purchase.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse redemption of a gift card in cases of justified suspicion of abuse, actions inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions, or attempts to circumvent promotion rules.
XII. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless the terms of a given promotion state otherwise.
The Seller reserves the right to end promotions or change their terms.
In the case of price promotions, the Seller displays the lowest price of the product from the 30 days preceding the discount, in accordance with applicable law.
XIII. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions are available on the Store’s website.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for important legal or organizational reasons.
Polish law shall apply to agreements concluded through the Store.
Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Polish law, in particular:
- the Civil Code,
- the Consumer Rights Act,
- the Act on Providing Electronic Services.
Any disputes shall be resolved by competent common courts in accordance with applicable law.
These Terms and Conditions enter into force on the date of publication on the Store’s website.
