TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MINIRAMP.PL ONLINE STORE

I. Definitions
 
The terms used in the Regulations shall mean:
 
1. Customer - a natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit that is not a legal person, to which special regulations grant legal capacity, who makes an Order within the Shop;
 
2. Customer Account - an individual account registered on the website of the "Miniramp.pl" online store, speeding up the process of placing an order and enabling the Customer to use additional functions of the online store established in the manner specified in point III of the Terms and Conditions, In order to register, a registration form must be filled out. Correct completion of the registration form will result in an automatic email message sent by the Seller's system informing about the activation of the Account.
 
3) Civil Code - the Act of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93 as amended);
 
4. Terms and Conditions - these Regulations for the provision of services by electronic means as part of the MINIRAMP.PL online store;
 
5. online store (Store) - Internet service available at http://miniramp.pl/, through which the Customer may, in particular, place Orders;
 
6. Merchandise - products presented in the Online Store;
 
7. contract of sale - agreement for the sale of Goods, as defined by the Civil Code, concluded between MINIRAMP.PL and the Customer, concluded with the use of the Store's website;
 
8. the Law on Consumer Rights - the Law of May 30, 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827);
 
9. the Act on Provision of Electronic Services - the Act of July 18, 2002 on Provision of Electronic Services (Journal of Laws No. 144, Item 1204 as amended);
 
10. order - the Customer's declaration of will, aiming directly at the conclusion of the Sales Agreement, specifying in particular the type and number of Goods.
 
II. General provisions
 
(1) The following Regulations apply to all orders placed by the Customer with Miniramp Skateboard Shop, Jakub Winowiecki, on the company's website Miniramp.pl and on the website for mobile devices, at http://miniramp.pl/.
 
(2) These Terms and Conditions are the terms and conditions referred to in Article 8 of the Law on Provision of Electronic Services.
 
(3) By using the miniramp.pl website and/or placing an order, you accept these Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Please read the Terms and Conditions before placing an order.
 
4. the MINIRAMP online store, operating at http://miniramp. pl/, is run by Winowiecki Jakub, who conducts business activity under the name Miniramp Skateboard Shop with headquarters at 111 Sosnowa Street, 62-002 Złotniki, registered in the Central Register of Entrepreneurship and Information on Business Activity of the Republic of Poland conducted by the Minister of Economy, NIP 7772317255, REGON 634616902, e-mail address: sklep@miniramp.pl, telephone number: (+48) 618534417 (charge as for a standard connection - according to the price list of the relevant operator).
 
(4) These Regulations define in particular:
 
rules for registration and use of an account within the online store;
conditions and rules for placing electronic orders within the online store;
principles of concluding sales contracts using the services provided within the online store.
(5) The use of the online store is possible provided that the ICT system used by the Customer meets the following minimum technical requirements: a device with Internet access.
 
(6) In order to use the online store, the Customer should on his own access to a computer workstation or terminal device, with access to the Internet.
 
(7) In accordance with applicable legal regulations, MINIRAMP.PL reserves the right to limit the provision of services via the Online Store to persons who are at least 18 years of age. In such case, potential customers will be notified of the above.
 
(8) The availability of products and services on miniramp.pl at any given time does not indicate or guarantee that these products and services will always be available. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time.
 
(9) Customers may access these Terms and Conditions at any time through the link provided on the home page of http://miniramp.pl/ and may download and take a printout.
 
III. Rules of use of the Online Store
 
(1) Registration with the Online Store is optional. A customer may place an order without registering with the Store, after reading and accepting these Regulations.
 
Registration takes place by completing and accepting the registration form, made available on one of the pages of the Store.
 
Registration is conditional on agreeing to the content of the Regulations and providing personal data marked as mandatory. MINIRAMP.PL may deprive the Client of the right to use the Store Intern.
 
The condition of registration is agreeing to the content of the Regulations and providing personal data marked as obligatory. MINIRAMP.PL may deprive the Client of the right to use the Online Store, as well as restrict his/her access to some or all of the resources of the Online Store, with immediate effect, in case of violation of the Rules and Regulations by the Client, and in particular when the Client:
 
 
 
provided during registration in the online store data that is untrue, inaccurate or outdated, misleading or violating the rights of third parties,
has committed, via the online store, a violation of the personal rights of third parties, in particular the personal rights of other customers of the online store,
he/she engages in any other behavior, which will be considered by MINIRAMP.PL as a behavior that is inconsistent with the applicable laws or general rules of Internet usage, or which will harm the good name of MINIRAMP.PL.
 
 
A person who has been deprived of the right to use the online store may not register again without the prior consent of MINIRAMP.PL.
 
(2) In order to ensure the security of the transmission of messages and data in connection with the services provided as part of the Website, the online store shall take technical and organizational measures appropriate to the degree of security threat to the services provided, in particular, measures to prevent unauthorized persons from obtaining and modifying personal data transmitted on the Internet.
 
(3) In particular, the customer shall:
 
 
 
not to provide or transmit content prohibited by law, e.g. content that promotes violence, defamatory or violates personal rights and other rights of third parties,
use the Online Store in a manner that does not interfere with its operation, in particular through the use of specific software or devices,
not to undertake actions such as: sending or posting unsolicited commercial information (spam) within the scope of the Internet Shop,
use of the Internet Store in a manner not cumbersome for other customers and for MINIRAMP.PL,
use of any content placed within the scope of the Internet Store only for one's own personal use,
use the Internet Store in a manner compliant with the provisions of the law in force on the territory of the Republic of Poland, the provisions of the Regulations, as well as with the general principles of Internet use.
 
 
IV. Procedure for conclusion of a Sales Agreement
 
(1) In order to conclude a Sales Agreement through the Online Store, one must visit the website http://miniramp.pl/, register and take further technical actions based on the messages displayed to the Customer and the information available on the website.
 
(2) Placing an order by registered Customers of the Online Store consists in adding relevant goods to the online shopping cart. When all items of interest to the Customer are in the shopping cart, the order should be placed for this purpose, the payment method and delivery method should be selected.
 
(3) When placing an order, the Customer is obliged to provide data corresponding to the truth.
 
(4) In order to send the Order, it is necessary to accept the content of the Terms and Conditions, provide personal data marked as mandatory and press the button confirming the Order.
 
(5) The information about the Goods given on the Store's website constitutes an offer, within the meaning of Article 66 of the Civil Code. Sending an Order by the Client constitutes a declaration of will to conclude a Sales Agreement with MINIRAMP.PL, in accordance with the content of the Regulations.
 
The agreement is considered concluded at the moment the Customer's Order is entered into the IT system of the Online Store, provided that the Order complies with the Regulations. Upon conclusion of the contract, the Customer shall receive an e-mail message containing confirmation of all essential elements of the Order.
 
(6) After the conclusion of the contract, the Customer shall receive an e-mail message containing confirmation of all material elements of the Order. If for any reason we are unable to process your Order, we will inform you as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for such an order, we will attempt to refund the amount paid in the same manner in which payment was made.
 
(7) The Seller shall proceed to process the Order after confirming the placed order.
 
8. the Customer may cancel the placed order or modify it, in order to do so:
 
(a) contact the Seller by phone;
 
b) contact the Seller by e-mail;
 
c) through the form located on the website: miniramp.pl tab "contact'' http://www.miniramp.pl/kontakt.
 
(9) Orders are handled by the customer service department of the online store on working days, i.e. from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, from 11.00 am to 6.00 pm.
 
V. Personal Data
 
(1) Filling in the data in the Order Form is tantamount to consent to the processing of the Customer's personal data by the Seller and the entity authorized by the Seller to manage the content of the website, of which the Online Store is an integral part, in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2010 No. 229, item 1497, as amended). Personal data provided by customers will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The data will be processed to fulfill the order placed, including invoicing and financial reporting. The data is confidential and will not be disclosed to unauthorized persons.
 
The customer can at any time access the personal data provided and information about the orders placed.
 
(2) The administrator of the personal data is Miniramp Skateboard Shop, Winowiecki Jakub with headquarters at 111 Sosnowa Street, 62-002 Złotniki, NIP 7772317255, REGON 634616902.
 
(3) The Customer's personal data shall be protected by the Data Administrator in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned Personal Data Protection Act, and shall not be transferred, resold or lent to other persons or institutions that will not be authorized to do so. The Customer's personal data will be provided for the purpose of fulfilling the contract of sale of Products covered by these Terms and Conditions.
 
(4) The Customer who has filled in the order form has the possibility to access the personal data concerning him/her in order to verify them, modify them or request their removal from the personal database by notifying the Data Administrator in writing to the address: Miniramp Skateboard Shop, Długa 9 Street, 61-850 Poznań or by email to: karolina@miniramp.pl.
 
VI. Delivery
 
1. delivery of ordered goods takes place at the address specified by the Customer when placing an Order. Orders are delivered on Polish territory as well as to EU countries.
 
(2) The delivery of ordered goods is carried out by courier company DPD and Parcel Machines InPost.
 
(3) It is possible to pick up the goods in person at our store, at 9 Długa St., 61-650 Poznań.
 
4th Delivery is free for orders of at least 199 PLN. Shipping costs for orders under 199 PLN can be found here: http://miniramp.pl/cennik-dostaw.
 
5) The price of delivery depends on the form of payment, the value of the order and the country of delivery.
 
6) In addition, each shipment is insured and arrives at the indicated address usually on the second day after shipment from the warehouse.
 
7.The order is processed and delivered within 24 h after receiving the order and only on working days.
 
8.The customer has 2 days (48 h) to pick up the order from the InPost Parcel Machine. Parcel boxes are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To open the box, use the numeric or QR code received in the SM message.
 
(9) Customers may access these Terms and Conditions at any time through the link provided on the home page of http://miniramp.pl/ and download and take a printout.
 
Recording, securing, making available and confirming to the Customer the important provisions of the Agreement for sale of Goods shall be done by sending to the Customer at the e-mail address provided and by attaching to the parcel containing the Goods a printout of the confirmation, the Order specification and the VAT invoice.
 
VII. Receipt of Goods
 
(1) The Seller informs that the Client has the right to check the condition of the consignment after its delivery to the place indicated in the order. Inspection of the condition of the shipment shall be carried out before collection from the carrier.
 
If, prior to delivery, it is found that the consignment is damaged or has suffered a loss, the carrier is obliged to immediately determine the condition of the consignment and the circumstances in which the damage occurred. However, in most cases, the carrier performs these actions at the request of the person entitled to receive the shipment.
 
(3) Please be advised that if, after delivery of the consignment, you notice a defect or damage that cannot be seen from the outside, then you have the right, immediately after the discovery of the damage, but no later than within 7 days of receipt of the consignment, to request the carrier to determine the condition of the consignment.
 
(4) In case of any problems or doubts, please contact the Seller at the telephone numbers indicated on the Seller's website.
 
VIII. Colors and dimensions
 
We strive to present our products, their composition and colors as faithfully as possible. The way the color is displayed depends on the operating system and hardware you use. We cannot guarantee that your computer, monitor or mobile device will faithfully reproduce the colors.
 
Product dimensions listed on miniramp.co.uk are for guidance only and are intended to help you choose a model or cut, but are not the actual dimensions of the product you will receive. Actual dimensions may vary depending on the material of the product.
 
We strive to ensure that the information on our website is complete, true and correct. In case of errors, Miniramp will promptly proceed to correct them.
 
IX. Prices and payment methods
 
(1) For the performance of the contract of sale, the Customer shall pay the price of the Goods indicated in the order and the cost of their shipment.
 
(2) The prices of the Goods are given in Polish zloty and include all components, including VAT (distinguished by the rate), customs duties and any other components. However, the prices quoted do not include the cost of possible shipping, which will be indicated in the course of placing the order.
 
(3) The cost of delivery of each order is the same regardless of the size or weight of the package. The cost of delivery is listed at the stage of finalizing the order. The standard cost of delivery is 12,00 - 14,00 PLN. Prices in the stationary store and online may differ.
 
(4) Payment is made in the form selected by the Customer:

(5) The price listed next to each item is binding at the time the Customer places the Order. This price will not change regardless of price changes in the Online Store that may occur for individual goods after the Customer places the Order.
 
X. Exchanges and returns (Right of withdrawal)
 
Conditions for exchange/return
 
(1) A customer who is also a consumer within the meaning of Article 22[1] of the Civil Code of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended), who has concluded a contract remotely, may withdraw from it without stating reasons by making a statement to that effect within fourteen 14 days. To meet this deadline it is sufficient to send the statement before its expiration. The statement can be sent:

fill out the online form in the My Account - Returns of Goods section.
 
 
(2) The fourteen-day period in which the Consumer may withdraw from the Contract of Sale or the contract for the provision of Electronic Services shall be counted from the date of issue of the Product in the case of the Contract of Sale, and when the contract concerns the provision of Electronic Services - from the date of its conclusion.
 
(3) The Seller shall immediately upon receipt of the statement of withdrawal from the contract send to the Consumer by e-mail confirmation of receipt of the above statement.
 
(4) In the event of withdrawal from the contract - the contract of sale or contract for the provision of Services electronically is considered not concluded. What the Parties have provided shall be returned in an unaltered state, unless the change was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the thing. The return should be made immediately, no later than within fourteen days.
 
(5) The returned product must not be used or damaged (except for manufacturing defects). It is possible to exchange the article for another model and size. All returned items must be carefully packed and include a properly completed return form. When returning footwear, please do not wrap the box directly with tape. 6 The Seller will refund the payment received from the Consumer using the same method of payment used by the Consumer, unless the Consumer expressly agrees to a different method of return , which does not involve any costs for him. The Seller may withhold reimbursement of payments received from the Consumer until it receives the item back or the Consumer provides proof of its return, whichever event occurs first.
 
(7) Postage charges for the shipment of items for exchange or return shall be paid by the customer.
 
We do not accept returns sent at the expense of the addressee.
 
(8) The consumer shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the item resulting from the use of the item beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
 
(9) The right of withdrawal from a contract concluded remotely does not apply to the Consumer in cases:
 
9.1. for the provision of services, if the entrepreneur has fully performed the service with the express consent of the consumer, who was informed before the start of the service that after the performance by the entrepreneur will lose the right to withdraw from the contract;
 
9.2. in which the price or remuneration depends on fluctuations in the financial market, over which the trader has no control, and which may occur before the expiration of the deadline for withdrawal from the contract;
 
9.3 in which the subject of performance is a non-refabricated item, produced to the consumer's specifications or serving to meet his individualized needs;
 
9.4. in which the subject of the performance is an item that is perishable or has a short shelf life;
 
9.5. in which the subject of performance is an item delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening the package for health or hygienic reasons, if the package has been opened after delivery;
 
9.6. in which the subject of the performance are things that after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably combined with other things;
 
9.7. in which the subject of performance is alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract of sale, the delivery of which can only take place after 30 days and the value of which depends on market fluctuations over which the entrepreneur has no control;
 
9.8. in which the consumer expressly requested that the trader come to him for urgent repair or maintenance; if the trader provides additional services other than those requested by the consumer, or provides things other than spare parts necessary for the repair or maintenance, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract with respect to additional services or things;
 
9.9. in which the subject of performance is sound or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in sealed packaging, if the packaging has been opened after delivery;
 
9.10. for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, except for a subscription contract;
 
9.11 concluded through a public auction;
 
9.12. for the provision of accommodation services, other than for residential purposes, transportation of goods, car rental, catering, services related to leisure, entertainment, sports or cultural events, if the contract specifies the day or period of service;
 
9.13. for the supply of digital content that is not recorded on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the express consent of the consumer before the expiration of the deadline for withdrawal from the contract and after the entrepreneur has informed him of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

XI. Complaints about Goods
 
1) MINIRAMP.PL as a seller shall be liable to the Customer being a consumer within the meaning of Article 22[1] of the Civil Code, under the warranty for defects to the extent specified in the Civil Code, in particular Article 556 and Article 556[1]-556[3] of the Civil Code.
 
(2) Complaints arising from violation of the Customer's rights guaranteed by law, or under these Regulations, should be addressed to: Miniramp Skateboard Shop, 9 Długa Street, 61-650 Poznań; sklep@miniramp.pl.
 
It is recommended to submit a complaint in writing or by e-mail to sklep@miniramp.pl (FORM OF COMPLAINTS AVAILABLE miniramp.pl/reklamacje) In order to accelerate and facilitate the process of complaint consideration, it is recommended to send with the complaint any additional information such as order number, date of sale, etc.
 
3. MINIRAMP.PL undertakes to consider each complaint within 14 days, and if this is not possible, to inform the Client within this period when the complaint will be considered.
 
(4) The response to the complaint will be sent to the address provided by the Client or in any other way indicated by the Client.
 
(5) MINIRAMP.PL is not the manufacturer of the Goods. MINIRAMP.PL shall not be liable under warranty of the Goods sold. The manufacturer may be liable under the warranty of the sold Goods under the conditions and for the period indicated in the warranty card. If the warranty document provides for such possibility, the Customer may submit his/her claims under the warranty directly to the authorized service center, the address of which is indicated in the warranty card.
 
XII. Complaints regarding provision of services by electronic means
 
(1) MINIRAMP.PL shall take steps to ensure fully correct operation of the Store, to the extent that results from current technical knowledge, and undertakes to remove any irregularities reported by the Customers within a reasonable period of time.
 
(2) The Customer shall immediately notify MINIRAMP.PL of any irregularities or interruptions in the functioning of the Online Store service.
 
(3) Irregularities related to the functioning of the Store Customer may report in writing to the address: Miniramp Skateboard Shop ul. Długa 9, 61-850 Poznań badz e-mail sklep@miniramp.pl.
 
In the complaint the Customer should provide his/her name and surname, mailing address, type and date of irregularity related to the functioning of the Store.
 
(5) MINIRAMP.PL undertakes to consider each complaint within 14 days, and if it is not possible, to inform the Customer when the complaint will be considered.
 
(6) The response to the complaint shall be sent to the Customer's e-mail address or in any other manner provided by the Customer.
 
XIII. Points Loyalty Program
 
1 Loyalty Points Program is a program created especially for our customers. Every MINIRAMP customer, even with the first purchase of any amount, automatically becomes a member of the Program so they can make purchases under special conditions.
 
2 How does it work?
 
For every product you buy you get points (e.g. for shoes worth 299 PLN you get 29,9 points), which are credited to your account to be exchanged in the future for any product from our offer. Each product in our store has a price expressed in zloty as well as in points. It is up to you to decide whether you pay in zlotys or with your accumulated points.
 
Note: Points can not be used to reduce the value of purchased products (if you have e.g. 29.9 points, you can buy a product to the value of 29 PLN, etc.).
 
3 Where can I see how many points I have?
 
In the tab Your account - Loyalty Program you can see how many points you have accumulated and make purchases directly using them.

XIV. Gift card
 
(1) The customer can purchase gift cards on Miniramp.co.uk to purchase items on this website or in a stationary store.
 
2. available values of gift cards: 100zl, 300zl and 500zl.
 
3) When you buy a gift card we write a unique code on it and send it to you in an elegant envelope.
 
You can give the card personally as a gift, and the person who receives it will have the opportunity to make a single purchase in our stationary and online store.
 
4.In the case of the online store, the code is entered at https://miniramp.pl/code, then the discount will be activated. Shopping is done as you normally would - you add the selected goods to the shopping cart. The store automatically deducts the amount in your cart for which the card was purchased.
 
For example: You have a card for the value of PLN 100. You add shoes to your cart for 300 PLN, in the cart summary there will be 200 PLN to pay, or you add a cap worth 100 PLN to your cart, then you will be left to pay the cost of the selected courier, e.g. 9.50 PLN
 
5.The card has unlimited validity and applies to the entire product range.
 
6.The card is not exchangeable for cash.
 
7.The card can be used to purchase goods whose value is the same or higher than the nominal value of the Gift Card. You cannot use the discount for purchases with a value lower than the value of the card.
 
8 The Gift Card can only be used until the funds on it are exhausted. Recharging the Gift Card is not possible.
 
(9) Only one Gift Card can be used as a payment method for each order.
 
10) The rules for exchange and/or return of goods for orders paid by Gift Card are the same as for all other orders placed on Miniramp.co.uk.
 
11. the amount due will be refunded in the form of recharging your customer balance, and you will be able to use the funds for further purchases in any period.
 
It takes about 15 days from the date of return to recharge the gift card balance.
 
In the case of an order paid in part by credit card, the corresponding part of the due refund amount will first be refunded to the credit card, and the remainder will be refunded in the form of recharging the customer's balance.
 
XV. Promotions
 
1 - Discount for subscribing to the newsletter.
 
You will receive a discount of PLN 50 for subscribing to the newsletter. The discount applies only to non-discounted goods and orders of at least 350 PLN. The code is for one-time use and does not combine with other offers, discounts or promotions.
 
This promotion is only available to subscribers who have not registered on our website in the last two years.
 
2. 3 for 2 promotional set
 
This promotion allows you to combine products between brands: Grizzly x Marvel, Wayward, JHF, Skate Mental. To take advantage of the promotion, you need to order 3 products from the above brands. Sets can be created from product categories such as sweatshirt, t-shirt, cap, longsleeve and accessories. Once the aforementioned criteria are met, the promotion is activated and you get the third cheapest product for free.

XVI. Additional information
 
(1) In order to avoid possible discrepancies or errors, it is recommended that the device with which the Client uses the www.miniramp.pl store meets at least the following technical requirements that are necessary for cooperation with the data communications system used by the Service Provider:
 
 
 
computer or other mobile device with access to the Internet,
Internet browser: a.) Internet Explorer version 4.0 or later b.) Mozilla FireFox version 4.0 or later or c.) Google Chrome version 1.0 or later,
active plug-ins - JAVA, FLASH,
monitor resolution 1280 x 800, colors 24 or 32 bit,
possession of an e-mail account by the Customer.
 
(2) When placing an order, until pressing the button "order with obligation to pay", or any other with equivalent wording, the Customer has the opportunity to change the entered data (e.g. type/quantity of goods/way of delivery). In case of, inconsistencies, please follow the messages displayed to the Customer and the information available on the website of the Online Store and its subsequent sub-pages. In case of any problems or difficulties, please contact us - by email sklep@miniramp.pl or by phone +48 618534417 (standard fee according to the relevant operator).
 
(3) In case of the Customer's mistake as to the data entered (e.g. quantity of the ordered goods, incorrect calculation of the Order by the system), it is advisable to send an e-mail to sklep@miniramp.pl with the request for change or to report the desire for change by phone contacting +48618534417 (standard fee according to the relevant operator). After correcting the order, the Seller will send an e-mail to the address provided in the order, which will contain a confirmation of acceptance of the corrected Order.
 
(4) In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the law in force on the territory of the Republic of Poland, including the Civil Code, the Act on the declaration of services by electronic means of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204 as amended); the Act on consumer rights of May 30, 2014 shall apply. (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827) and other relevant provisions of Polish law.
 
5 Changes to the Regulations:
 
The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions, of which the Client will be notified at least 14 days in advance of the effective date of the changes. Information about the changes will also be expressed in a clear manner by posting on the website of the Online Store and sent to the email address of the registered client. In addition, the Customer will be asked each time to accept the new regulations before placing an Order.
 
The amended regulations are binding on the Customer if the requirements specified in Article 384 of the Civil Code have been observed (i.e. the Customer has been properly notified of the changes), and the Customer has not terminated the contract for the provision of continuous electronic services within 30 days.
 
Amendments to the Rules and Regulations will not in any way affect the rights acquired by Customers using the Online Store before the effective date of the amendments, in particular, they will not affect orders placed and/or processed. In this case, these orders will be processed under the terms of the previous regulations.
 
6 The contract of sale of goods shall be concluded in accordance with Polish law and in the Polish language.

XVII. Final provisions
 
(1) Settlement of potential disputes arising between MINIRAMP.PL and the Customer, who is a consumer as defined in Article 22[1] of the Civil Code, shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with the provisions of the relevant provisions of the Civil Procedure Code.
 
(2) Settlement of any disputes arising between MINIRAMP.PL and a Customer who is not a consumer within the meaning of Article 22[1] of the Civil Code, shall be subject to the competent court due to the seat of MINIRAMP.PL.
 
(3) In matters not regulated in these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code, the provisions of the Act on Rendering Electronic Services and other relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
